Design elements
- Groups consist with two main electric pumps of the NKV series
- Rimming wheels in AISI 304 stainless steel, all parts in contact with the liquid are stainless steel.
- Three-phase asynchronous motor.
- Pumps mounted on a common galvanized steel base plate.
Hydraulic section
Stainless steel suction pipe. Includes pressure sensors, electric control panel, 2 pressure vessels. Each pump fitted with shut-off valves and check valves.
Electric control panel E.BOX IP54 switchboard mounted on the station structure. Direct start up to 5,5 kW including front panel with switch for AUT-0-MAN operation, warning light.
- Operating range: from 1.8 to 280 m3/h
- Pumped liquid: clean without solids or abrasive substances, non-viscous, non-aggressive, non-crystallised and chemically neutral with properties close to water
- Liquid temperature range: 0 °C to +80 °C
- Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C
- Maximum working pressure: PN14
- Special design on request
- Class of protection: IP55
