AVANSA 200M gas detector
Accumulation of gas indoors can have serious consequences, the installation of gas detectors prevents poisoning, suffocation, fire and explosion. When installing the detector, it is possible to detect the accumulation of methane, butane or carbon monoxide before it endangers your life or property. The detector alarm is local, visual and acoustic. When the detector is connected to a solenoid valve, the gas source will turn off in the event of an alarm. The gas detector operates at 230V.

3 - Green LED (OK) - indicates that the detector is working

A methane gas detector is mounted on a wall about 30 cm below the ceiling if it is designed to detect methane gas leaks. Methane gas is lighter than air and accumulates at the top of the room. To detect LPG gas (butane, propane), the detector will be mounted on a wall 30 cm from the floor. LPG is heavier than air, it will accumulate at the bottom of the room.
