FIRE STATIONS ACCORDING TO EN 12845 WITH SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS
DAB.1SM8 EN 12845, DAB.1SS6 EN 12845
TECHNICAL DATA Stations with fire-fighting submersible pumps manufactured in accordance with the European standard UNI EN 12845.
EUROPEAN NORM EN 12845 determines the design principles and conditions for the installation and maintenance of fire-resistant stable sprinkler devices in buildings. It replaces the previous standards UNI 9489 and UNI 9490.
An automatic fire sprinkler system is designed to detect the presence of a fire and extinguish it at its initial stage, or to keep the fire under control until it cannot be extinguished by other means. A classic fire sprinkler system includes: a water source, a fire automatic pressure station, a set of control fittings and a pressure water distribution system with sprinklers. The main pump started for fire fighting works continuously until it is stopped manually by pressing the STOP button on the control panel. In the case of circuits with a hydrant, we refer to the UNI 10779 standard (July 07), which, in accordance with EN 12845, allows automatic shutdown of the main pump under certain circumstances. Operation of the fire-fighting automatic pressure station: Under normal circumstances (without water withdrawal), the system is maintained under static pressure.
Operating range: from 4 to 160 m3 /h
