Electric heating is said to be the most expensive. Today, this is clearly no longer the case. The suitability of the heat source for a particular house depends on the level of insulation, heat losses and the lifestyle of the household. Electric boilers are therefore back in the game, mainly due to their ease of use and good efficiency. Experts recommend them especially in buildings that are well insulated. This means that they have low heat loss and do not need so much energy for heating. Such buildings mainly include low-energy or passive houses.

Advantages and disadvantages of an electric boiler

Electric boilers are ecological sources of heat, with clean operation. Unlike coal boilers, fireplace stoves or pellet boilers, you don't have to find fuel and deal with its storage. Electric boiler with storage tank
An electric boiler with heat storage does not require full electrical power, but space for a water storage tank must be taken into account.
