valve
Valve:
technical equipment in pipelines, see valve (fitting)
component in machines with different functions:
cylinder charge change control, see valve (reciprocating internal combustion engine)
fuel metering control, see injection valve
part of a tire, see valve (tire)
The direct valve has a coaxial flow direction at the inlet and outlet.
The corner valve has the flow direction at the outlet deviated from the direction at the inlet, usually by 90°.
Cylindrical steam valve for steam pipes.
The non-return valve allows flow in only one direction, it can also be made as a corner.
The three-way valve allows the flow to be divided into two pipe branches.
The safety valve opens automatically when the maximum pressure is exceeded.
The reducing valve maintains a constant pressure difference.
