Water softening insert, used in flow-through water treatment systems and in 10-inch standard in-line filter housings. It is installed to reduce the hardness of the water, which translates into a reduction of limescale in the installation, fittings and household appliances (including kettles).

The cartridge has standard dimensions that allow it to be used in a whole range of water filters (also from other manufacturers). Due to durability and, above all, efficiency, the cartridge is mainly installed in front of individual water intake points. The reduction of water hardness through the ion exchanger (acidic ion exchange bed) located inside the cartridge takes place "on the fly" during the water flow.

The softening cartridge has a positive effect on the protection of plumbing, fittings and household appliances (no or limited white coating, scale, etc.).
